What is CACPS?
A CACPS is a flexible package of planned and co-ordinated support services designed to meet the complex needs of each individual client.

With the aim of enabling them to remain to remain living in the comfort of their own home.

Types of Services Available Include:
Bathing, meals, laundry, dressing, transport, gardening, social activities
